The next dinner, to be held on April 17, will feature the cuisine of Japan.
In the United States, Japanese food is known mainly for sushi and teriyaki, but it goes much deeper than that.
Our Chef team is busy researching Japan’s rich culinary history,
and will provide our guests with a unique snapshot of both comtemporary and traditional Japanese dishes.
Each dish will be made, and meticulously paired, with an award-winning Pelican beer.
